Pre-Stage. Scouting

Stage 1 – Probie
The “PROBIE” is a person who has expressed interest in joining the team and the team has invited the new Player to play alongside the team at local games. After becoming a probie you will be on a 90 day (3month) probationary period and begin the process of becoming an ECTS Operator.
Attend a minimum of 3 events with the team to allow us time to get to know you better. (Team Dinner, Local rec games, Training, etc.)
Once you have completed these items you will become a member of the team, and start progressing through the stages of spending time with the team, acquiring the necessary gear, and training to be ready to go to National Events as a team member!
Stage 2 Probie Training
The probie” is a team member who is ready to play with the team at a local level and who is conducting individual & basic training. The PROBIE will be attending Local training play with the team, play with the team, and will travel with us within about 90 minutes of the Orlando area. In order to get to the probie training status here are the requirements. the probie is still acquiring gear at this stage
Stage 3 – Team Member
The “Team member” is a seasoned team member who is ready to start attending National Events such as American Milsim,Milsim Mechanix ,Operation: Irene, Pine Plains, and others that take place across the U.S. This person has shown themselves to be active with the team’s events and training. This team member will be assigned a mentor after being voted into the position by the Core Team and will receive the team patch up graduating core training. Team members will also be assigned at least 1 trainee/rifleman to mentor at a time.
upon graduating You will earn a ECTS patch, and be authorized to wear the ECTS Team shoulder sleeve insignia patch on your uniform.

- Be added to the Team FaceBook group, “Like” the FaceBook page and post an introduction thread telling us a little about yourself.
- Be sure to check the group often for updates on events and team discussions.(as all intel goes through the Facebook Group)
- Must Be involved in communicating with team members and active in the group
- Have a working AEG, and at least 4-8 mid cap magazine.
- Have ANSI rated eye protection. (Full Seal Goggles are the best, but shooting glasses will work. No sunglasses/shop glasses)
- Lower face protection
- Please have some type of BDU uniform regardless of the camo pattern.(multicam for full team member)
- Appropriate footwear. TAN COMBAT BOOTS ONLY
- Must be at least 16 years old!

Stage 2 Probie Training

- attend regular training as a PROBIE (stage 1)
- Multicam Uniform (acu/G3 Cut) - see uniform standard on team website for more information.
- Have an M4 style AEG. It must use an M4/M16 Magazine.
- Basic tan,MC/OD Vest that can carry magazines.
- Have tan combat boots
- Have the ability to carry water with you on the field -hydration bladder.
- Have a sling for your weapon. (One point sling)
- Have no less than 6 mid cap n magazines
Stage 3 – Team Member
The “Team member” is a seasoned team member who is ready to start attending National Events such as American Milsim,Milsim Mechanix ,Operation: Irene, Pine Plains, and others that take place across the U.S. This person has shown themselves to be active with the team’s events and training. Team members will also be assigned at least 1 trainee/rifleman to mentor at a time.
- Spent at least 8 months at (Stage 2) and is at least 18 years old.
- Has attended a Basic Training course and Individual Training Course.
- Team members may be asked to help assist instructors with stage 1 recruits.
- Conduct at least two team recruiting activities.
- Have an ECTS approved radio and push to talk/headset.
- Has a working M4 variant and spare battery
- Must have “Full Seal” Eye Protection as this is required at many national events.
- Helmet with Velcro & NVG mount & Rails
- Have a MOLLE based vest with EMT kit, mag pouches and hydration
- Have 8-12 Mid Cap magazines, and speed loader(s) as are required for National Events.
- Green Gas Pistol - Glock or 1911 variant recommended with holster
